Telephone reservations and appointments are only possible during office hours.
Office hours are: Monday to Friday from 8am to 1pm.
If your call reaches us outside the office opening hours, you will be redirected to a high rope park employee. On busy days, however, your call may not be answered. Outside the park opening hours or when weather conditions have already forced the park to close, calls will informed via a tape recorder.
Public Transport:
The park’s car park in environmentally friendly and easy to reach by public transport. The Hinterglemm Mitterlengau bus stop is only a few hundred meters from the valley station of our train station. The 2km long train route can also be mastered on foot.
